Program Highlights
A bachelor’s degree in Project Management (Construction and Facilities Management emphasis) prepares you for a career in construction management or project management. The skills and knowledge acquired in this program will build upon your technical knowledge to make you a better manager. We will help you stay on-budget and on-time while effectively leading your team.
You will also need to complete your Liberal Education. See your transfer advisor for details about the number of credits you will need as well as options to complete these credits.
Program Entry Requirements:
You need an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from an institutionally accredited college in the building trades similar to those listed in the table above. This is a two-year degree in most cases.
The AAS must have been earned within the last ten years (or longer with faculty approval).
At least 32 credits from the AAS must be technical in nature and in the building trades.
The AAS must be at least 60 credits with at least 15 of those credits satisfying the university’s liberal education requirements. Students need to have completed courses in blueprint reading as well as bidding and estimating.
Students who have not completed 15 liberal education credits, may take those credits through the college issuing their associate degree, Bemidji State University, or any Minnesota State College.
